March 2002 - ITD announces PM-Watch, an equipment maintenance tracking
system specifically tailored to the Oxygen Equipment Leasing Industry.
PM-Watch tracks scheduled maintenance from manufactures such as: INVACARE,
AIRSEP and RESPERONICS to name a few but is flexible enough to track activity
from virtually any manufacturer using time or meter based schedules. JCAHO
identifies the biggest defecate in the Home Care Sector as inadequately
kept equipment maintenance records. PM-Watch not only helps streamline
the JCAHO survey process, but reduce administrative costs while providing
the invaluable protection of a comprehensive maintenance history, in the
event of litigation.

January 2002 - ITD announces HIPAA Readiness Services to Healthcare
Providers delivering a gap analysis and roadmap giving medical offices
clear direction in the areas of privacy and information security to meet
their federal mandate.

November 2001 - ITD releases Aegis Virtual Office. Aegis allows
workgroups to collaborate in a secure and reliable manner by synchronizing
documents or data files between members PCs and a centralized document
vault. Because it is an Internet based technology, it is tremendously
helpful to the telecommuters or traveler that may use several computers
( e.g.. Home, Office and Travel) and need to continuously collaborate with
colleagues in the office.
